Absolute perfection with the kindest hosts. ☺ The villa is absolutely stunning. Pigadia with its many restaurants and the beautiful harbor is in walking distance and a well stocked supermarket is about 10 minutes walking distance. Everything in the villa is new and clean and the kitchen is honestly better stocked than our kitchen back home. The pool ist beautiful and cleaned daily and the deck has multiple options to lie down and soak up the sun. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We had a complementary basket with various snacks at no additional cost and we could use the washing machine also stocked with detergent at no additional cost. At night you have a beautiful view and starlight above and it is very quiet. Vasilis and Kalliopi, the owners are honestly the nicest and most gracious hosts and people we’ve ever met. They will take care of your every need and are so easy to communicate with and answer promptly and reliably. They are truly treasures and so kind and we felt so at home. Geat choice! ☺ The location was great, very close to the main town. The room had all the facilities imaginable. The room and pool were cleaned every day. The hosts Kalliopi and Vasilis were the most hospitable and welcoming people we met. It is definitely worth the stay and we would surely book it again. ☹ -

Θα ξαναγυρίσουμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία …Σας το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!! ☺Ήταν όλα καινούργια και πολύ καθαρά!!! Ησυχία και η αυλή με την πισίνα πεντακάθαρα και φροντισμένα. Οι οικοδεσπότες Καλλιόπη και Βασίλης είναι εξαιρετικοί!!! Τα σκέφτονται και τα φροντίζουν όλα ώστε να γίνει η διαμονή σας αξέχαστη! Άριστη φιλοξενία!!!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE ☺ Brand new villas that are situated in a convenient quiet place, just 2 mins from the island capital (Pigadia). Parking within premises with remote control garage door. Villas are very clean and neat (cleaning lady is coming every day) and the towels are changed on daily basis. The same applies for the pool. Comfortable bed and sofa-bed which can easily host an adult (i used it for a couple of nights). Fully equipped kitchen and powerful a/c. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Pool area has 2 kinds of sunbeds with umbrella and table for having meals outside. What really makes a difference and points out how the villa is taken care to the slightest detail is that amenities offered are beyond every imagination. They even had shaving kits, portable fridge for the beach and many more!!! The strongest asset however are the hosts. Vassilis and Kaliopi (and their 2 lovely daughters) is really a good reason to remember holidays there. They made everything so easy for us there so we made new friends in Karpathos. Truly One of a Kind ☺ We’ve travelled a lot over the years and stayed in some amazing places, but nothing has ever felt quite like this. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends — the family who owns the villa is incredibly genuine, warm, and kind. You can really feel how much they care about their guests, and it makes all the difference. The villa itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thought through, from the practical things to the little touches that made it feel extra special. It was spotless, comfortable, and honestly felt like a home away from home. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical reading all the glowing reviews online — they almost seemed too good to be true. But now that we’ve experienced it ourselves, we get it. It’s all true. And then some. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything so right — not just the villa itself, but the warmth of the people behind it.
