TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY

  1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the stay of guests at Anthelia Luxury Villas. By confirming your booking, you fully accept the following terms.

  1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
  • Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm and secure your booking.
  • Balance Settlement: The remaining balance of the booking can be settled at any time up until your arrival day (Check-in), via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.
  • No-Show & Early Departure: In case of a No-Show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
  1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in: From 15:00 onwards.
  • Check-out: Until 11:00.
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
  1. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS & SAFETY
  • Exclusive Use: All of our villas at Anthelia Luxury Villas feature exclusively private swimming pools, intended solely for the use of the registered guests of each villa.
  • Pool Safety Rules:
    • Diving is strictly prohibited.
    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool area.
    • No glassware or fragile items are permitted in the pool area.
    • Swimming under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  1. HOUSE RULES & CONDUCT
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours (23:00 – 07:00 & 15:00 – 17:30) to preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Anthelia Luxury Villas. It is only permitted in outdoor spaces and terraces.
  • Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on the Anthelia Luxury Villas property.
  • Unregistered Guests: Staying or accommodating individuals not included in the original booking is strictly prohibited without prior management approval.
  • Parties & Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the Anthelia Luxury Villas property.
  1. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for keeping Anthelia Luxury Villas in good condition. Any damages, breakages, or loss of items caused by guests will be billed accordingly.
  • Personal Belongings & Safety: Anthelia Luxury Villas is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the premises.
